Core Services:
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)Designed in line with the WHS Act 2020 and WHS (General) Regulations 2022 (WA).
All TNA packages include:
- Review of staff training records
- Informal interviews with workers or supervisors
- Site walk-through (where applicable)
- A custom report outlining training and compliance gaps

• Small (11–30 staff): $600
• Medium (31–60 staff): $850

Level 1 – Starting Out (+ $200)
No formal training records or WHS plans. Full foundational support provided.
Level 2 – On the Radar (+ $100)
Some training in place, but no structured tracking or documentation.
Level 3 – Audit-Ready (+ $0)
Most records in place, seeking professional review or polish.
Example: Small business (base $600) + Level 2 compliance (+$100) = $700 total

MONTHLY RETAINERS

One visit or call each month to check how your site and training are going
A short, easy-to-read monthly report showing where you’re doing well and what needs fixing
Advice on what training your team might be missing

Great if you want to keep your team skilled and up to date, without doing all the chasing yourself.
Includes everything in the Safety Snapshot, plus:
One training session each month for your team (we'll tailor it to your work)
One nationally accredited course every 3 months (e.g. First Aid, CPR, LVR, Manual Handling, WSAH + more)
Help planning your safety calendar or toolbox topics
